RMAPortal is a hosted website application for facilitating and managing product returns. RMAPortal enables vendors to create their own web-based product returns software.
Every web-based RMA system that vendors create on RMA Portal's platform function as what technology experts refer to as "SaaS" (Software-As-A-Service), or Cloud Services.
The purpose of our automated RMA system is to provide vendors with an easier and faster way of handling "product returns". RMA Portal provides vendors (includes all merchants, manufacturers, suppliers, disributors) a reliable web-based returns software for validating, creating, tracking, updating and completing or closing a RMA cases.
Both vendors and customers can track the progress of the RMA case and take necessary steps to ensure a final resolution. Our web-based RMA keeps both sides up-to-date at every step of the progress of the customer's return/exchange/replacement request and when a vendor issues a resolution such as a refund, replacement or repair.
Processing an RMA Case from initial request to final resolution goes typically like below:
1. Customer creates an RMA request. This triggers a notification email to be sent to vendor and the request automatically appears on vendor's dashboard.
2. Vendor reviews the details of the request and approves the case by assigning an RMA Number to the request.
3. Customer logs in to print his RMA form and package label, ships the package.
4. Vendor receives and processes the RMA case. Any update to the RMA triggers a notification update and customer can check the latest status any time.
5. Customer receives final resolution to his RMA case. |
