This is a easy to use and flexible links system in which you can link to your clients, partners etc. It supports categories via the drop-down menu and it has a cool mouse-over effect.
You can set the thumbs size and most importantly you can even use different sizes and individually choose the resizing method for each thumb (ex. original, resize to fit etc.).
You can also show animated flash .swf files !
It is resizable (you can set the width and height in the xml) and the scroll bar will only appear if the content is larger than the designated height.
It supports all the common special characters (french, german, spanish etc.).
All the colors can quickly be changed in the xml settings file and the design is quite easy to change within Flash/library.
It supports a virtually unlimited number of sections and items in each section since the drop-down menu supports scrolling and so does the main display area.
XML Settings for the Links Module :
- set the initial category to be displayed
- size of the module (width and height)
- css file path
- main title (ex. Photo Links Module) and main title color
- size of the items (thumb/swf) - width and height
- main title color
- title text padding
- info text padding
- items padding
- items stroke color for normal and mouse over states
- items background color (while loading) and info box background color
- scroll bar colors : bar background color, bar stroke color, bar button background color for normal and mouseover/drag states
- html and css formatted description text for each category (optional - textfield will not appear if none is entered)
- FOR EACH ITEM you can set the image/swf path, resize type (resize to fit, resize to fill, stretch, original), short thumb description (multiline), what to do on click (open link or trigger action), url and target for link mode, frame and label for action mode
XML Settings for the Category Drop Down Menu :
- menu width (px)
- menu opened height (px)
- start opened on/off
- close drop-down when item is selected on/off
- open/close animation time
- set the default menu item
- ALL top button colors (top button stroke color normal & mouse over, bg color normal & mouse over, text color normal & mouse over, arrow color normal & mouse over)
- ALL drop menu colors (button stroke color, bg color for normal, mouse over and selected states, text color for normal, mouse over and selected states, arrow color for normal, mouse over and selected states)
- For menu item you can set the displayed text (label)
Photoshop PSD design is also included in the package along with all the Flash sources (.fla, .as), PHP Scripts and Help Files.
