10. If logged in, certain form fields may auto fill on certain forms.

13. Location map of property, and realty. (This is provided as courtesy and not part of the actual sale. You must obey all terms and conditions set forth by the company providing the service.)
14. Each Realtor has a personal message box. Every time a visitor contacts an agent, they receive an email stating they have a new message. When a realtor logs in, they are notified of new messages.
